Dijon Rosemary Tenderloin

The aroma this tenderloin makes is absolutely heavenly!!

The rosemary smells up the whole kitchen.

Once you try this you are going to make it a staple in your menu planning.

Takes about an hour to make & that is including the cooking time.

Paired with a little steamed broccoli with Parmesan cheese.. Mmm Mmm Mmm.

16oz pork tenderloin

1/2 cup Dijon mustard

crushed peppercorns

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp rosemary

Brush tenderloin with olive oil. Spread Dijon over entire surface of pork.

Sprinkle with crushed peppercorns & rosemary. This should make an outer crust.

Heat oven to 375. Roast for 45 minutes to an hour. Internal temperature should be 155.

Check temperature often to keep from drying out your meat.

Let rest for ten minutes.
